The Challenge
Alisea needed CRM software in order to facilitate the correct administration of relationships not only with existing customers but also with potential ones. Software has been installed capable of managing the entire life cycle of the product/service with the implementation of a very pervasive pre- and post-sales CRM to guarantee the management of both active and potential customers, with the integration of a Best of Breed for maintenance management An application was also created for final accounting of man-hours and job order material, in order to update real-time dashboards and management reports for analyzing data from construction sites and that complement the aggregate enterprise business intelligence dashboards
